Duratray are seeking a Auto Electrician to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated person who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

About the Role

As our Auto Electrician, you will be taking part in the installation, fitting, wiring, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of a wide range of automotive electrical systems and accessories associated with aluminium and steel tray body builds along with complete canopy fitouts.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, fit and wire automotive electrical accessories to a high standard.
- Perform warranty repairs and electrical fault-finding both in-house and onsite.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical issues efficiently and accurately.
- Assist with research and development of new vehicle models, including sonar, camera and sensor positioning.
- Provide technical support and advice to agents and resellers regarding electrical systems.
- Monitor electrical component stock levels in conjunction with the stores.




- Support and maintain Lean Manufacturing principles throughout the workshop.
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair automotive electrical faults.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and electronic circuit diagrams.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated.
