Palladium is seeking a Coordinator for the Quad Infrastructure Fellowship program. The role supports the Senior Coordinator by coordinating travel, logistics and administrative arrangements for short courses and targeted educational activities, including participant welfare while in Australia.
You will manage end-to-end logistics, arrange visas, flights and accommodation, review provider invoices for accuracy, and maintain the alumni database, ensuring compliance with DFAT, Palladium policies
