About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you’ll work closely with architects and interior designers to ensure accurate project setup and reporting within BST, our project management system.
Your role will support the firm’s leadership through timely financial reporting, data accuracy, and proactive project support.

Key Responsibilities
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Maintain and update project data in BST (project management software)
Prepare project reports and analysis for internal stakeholders
Support project teams with timely financial information
Manage sub-consultant contracts and related payments
Process project disbursements and client invoicing
Assist with accounts receivable and end-of-month reconciliations
Enter data into the accounting system accurately and promptly
Perform general accounts administration and filing
About you
We're seeking someone who has:
Degree-qualified Accountant; working towards CPA or CA preferred
Minimum 2+ years’ experience in accounting or project accounting
Proficient in Excel (intermediate+), Word, and Outlook
Solid attention to detail and analytical mindset
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Team player with a proactive and professional attitude
Experience with BST software highly regarded
You must have the right to work in Australia.
