Epping Events is seeking an experienced Event Operations Manager passionate about delivering exceptional events.

The Opportunity
You’ll lead the seamless delivery of events ranging from intimate celebrations to spectacular functions for up to 500 guests.
Working closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams, you’ll inspire and develop event staff, champion exceptional service standards and ensure every event is delivered with professionalism, energy and attention to detail.
- Lead, coach and develop the Events Operations team
- Deliver exceptional weddings, corporate events and special occasions
- Oversee event operations from set-up to pack down, ensuring seamless execution
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Maintain exceptional service standards and drive continuous improvement
- Manage daily operations, team performance and operational efficiency
- Create outstanding guest experiences and identify opportunities to enhance service
- Develop your team through coaching, training and mentoring
About You
You’re an experienced hospitality or events skilled with at least 3-5 years of event operations experience. You have impressive operational and leadership skills, strong commercial acumen and a passion for excellence.
You lead by example, remain calm under pressure and know how to bring out the best in people. Most importantly, you’re looking for a role where you can make a genuine impact and continue to grow your career.
