Bens Plumbing And Drainage Pty Ltd. are seeking an Experienced Construction Estimator in the Plumbing Industry.

This role will be permanent Part Time and may be suited to someone between school hours!

Your day to day will include

Estimating small to large work orders and completing accurate project pricing, please note you will be responsible for the plans from start to submission

Organising materials and equipment for work sites

Writing up detailed quotes

Liaising with Employees

Sourcing and applying for tenders

Working directly with the CEO to drive company growth

Various Office Administration duties to assist your director

Coordinate communication between clients, builders, office staff, suppliers, site supervisors, and field crews.

What we expect from you

Robust understanding of project risk, costings and margins

Self driven and comfortable to take ownership for your work

Excellent computer skills on Microsoft office suite





Basic understanding of scopes, plans, site photos, materials, labour, and trade workflows.

Highly Regarded but not essential

Experience working with commercial builders, property managers, commercial clients, site supervisors, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Trade qualification in plumbing or strong experience working within plumbing/hydraulic services.
