Shapes Early Learning Redbank Plains is a state-of-the-art Early Learning Centre, where we are dedicated to nurturing children’s growth in a safe, engaging, and supportive environment.

We’re on the hunt for qualified Diplomas to be apart of our team, available5 days per week between the hours of 6.30am and 6.30pm. If you’re ready to inspire little minds and make a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

As an Educator at Shapes Early Learning, you will:

Implement educational programs that foster children’s growth and development.

Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Guide and mentor educators, promoting high-quality care and a collaborative environment.

Ensure the highest standards in safety, hygiene, and learning engagement.

Collaborate with our experienced leadership team to create a welcoming, inspiring space for all.

What We’re Looking For

A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).

A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

Dedication to creating a safe, nurturing, inclusive environment for children.

Ensure the provision of a safe, secure, and compliant environment for all children in line with current child safety regulations and best practice standards.

Valid Working with children check.

Successful applicants will be required to:

Demonstrate a strong commitment to child safety and child safe practices.

Participate in a comprehensive suitability assessment, including behavioural and child safety focused interview questions.

Hold a valid Blue Card before commencing employment.

Complete the ACECQA Prohibition Notice Declaration (where applicable).

Complete referee checks, including verification of suitability to work with children.

Participate in a comprehensive induction program covering Child Protection, Mandatory Reporting, the Child Safe Standards, Reportable Conduct, supervision practices and our Child Safe Code of Conduct.

Comply with all Shapes Early Learning Child Safe policies, procedures and Code of Conduct.
