The Town Hall Hotel is a successful iconic Newtown community focused hotel. A late night all-rounder offering great bars, value bottle shop, strong gaming and a long tradition of supporting live music and the local community.

We are looking for someone now to be part of the TOWNIE TEAM.

This is a very hands on role, requiring involvement in the day to day operations of the business. You will be a leader of a ‘’family’’ like crew, who prides themselves on building honest relationships with our guests, whilst producing a quality product served with a genuine smile.

You will work on rotating flexible weekly roster across days, mids and nights

We are searchingfor someone who strives towards the following key expectations

- Is a proactive team player and a has a robust solution focused work ethic
- Has the experience, ability and knowledge to positively and supportively manage a team within an established multi-level pub environment
- Strives for a detailed and high level of presentation across venue, product and team
- Exceptional and engaging customer service of a high standard and the ability to train and develop potential.
- Has an insight and familiarity with the local Newtown market and inner west community
- Operational and reporting experience across Cashing Up, TAB, Keno and Gaming CCU
- Current RSA and RSG
