We have two positions available, a permanent full-time opportunity and an eight-month contract, both sitting within our Operations team at our Murarrie Support Office and is responsible for coordinating maintenance across more than 70 Early Learning centres nationally - liaising with all trades and maintenance suppliers to coordinate all general maintenance and repairs of our beautiful centres throughout Australia.
Working closely with the Facilities Lead, you’ll oversee maintenance activities across our national network, delivering exceptional service to centre teams while ensuring our environments remain safe, compliant and welcoming.
Day to day, you will:
Coordinate and engage trades and maintenance contractors nationally, ensuring timely completion of preventive and reactive maintenance across our centres and Support Office. (inclusive of all regular compliance inspections and service requirements).
Source and negotiate quotes from suppliers and contractors, ensuring value for money while maintaining quality and compliance.
Build strong relationships with contractors to ensure works are completed safely, on time and within budget.
Ensure contractor adherence to WHS legislative requirements and Green Leaves safety and risk management requirements, including completion of the new vendor process prior to the commencement of any trades completing works across sites.
Maintain accurate reporting of maintenance activities.
About You:
Previous experience in a similar structured environment including managing multiple sites all things related to facilities maintenance
Proven experience working with numerous stakeholders internally and externally
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to prioritise competing tasks
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
Highly organised with excellent time management skills
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience with Salesforce or other similar systems
Experience in facilities maintenance in Early Learning is highly desired but not essential.
