We are seeking experienced Steel Fabricators to join our dynamic team at OTF Steel Fabrication in West Gosford, NSW. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for skilled tradespeople to contribute to the delivery of high-quality steel fabrication projects.

What you'll be doing
- Fabricating and welding steel components to precise specifications
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Operating a variety of welding / Fabricating & Processing equipment, including welders, CNC Machines and more
- Undertaking cutting, grinding, and other metal fabrication tasks
- Collaborating with the production team to ensure on-time and high-quality project deliverables
- Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
What we're looking for
- Extensive experience in steel fabrication and welding
- Proficiency in using a range of welding / Fabricating techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong sense of personal accountability
- Willing to work overtime when required
