About the Role
Forget sitting behind the same desk doing the same thing every day.
This is a hands-on customer service and sales role where you'll become an important part of our small team. One day you could be helping a customer choose the right anchoring system, preparing quotations and processing orders. The next you might be visiting a marina to assist with a chain delivery, representing Ozzi Marine at a major boat show or working alongside the Director to improve the way we do business.
You'll work directly with the owner of the business, giving you exposure to every aspect of a growing Australian company. You'll learn about premium marine products, develop strong customer relationships and have genuine opportunities to grow your career as Ozzi Marine continues to expand.

What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting customers by phone, email and in person.
- Preparing quotations, processing orders and following up enquiries.
- Building relationships with marine dealerships, boat builders and trade customers.
- Providing product advice and helping customers choose the right solution.
- Supporting sales growth by identifying opportunities with existing and new customers.
- Visiting customers throughout South East Queensland and occasionally interstate.
- Representing Ozzi Marine at Australia's leading boat shows and industry events.
- Assisting with customer deliveries and anchor chain installations when required.
- Working closely with the Director on projects and business improvements.
- Helping wherever needed as part of a close-knit team.
About You
We're looking for attitude over experience.
You don't need years of sales experience—we're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, takes pride in their work and wants to build a long‑term career.
You'll thrive in this role if you:

- Are organised and pay attention to detail.
- Enjoy learning new skills and challenging yourself.

- Have a current driver's licence.
Experience in the marine industry is a bonus—but certainly not essential. If you've got the right attitude, we'll teach you everything else.
