About the Role

As the Senior Warehouse Operator, you'll help ensure the warehouse operates safely, efficiently and professionally every day.

You’ll be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations while helping set the standard for quality, organisation and customer service.

You’ll enjoy a varied role that includes dispatch, receiving, inventory control, forklift operation and working closely with your teammates to ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately
- Receive, inspect and store incoming stock
- Load and unload trucks safely
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock control
- Assist with stocktakes and cycle counts




- Ensure orders are dispatched on time
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouseFollow all WHS policies and procedures
- Support and assist other warehouse team members
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency
- Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers
