About the position:

This is a career-defining opportunity for an experienced (2-5 years experience) Family Lawyer to join the firm as an Associate. You’ll join the family law division while working on a range of complex and high-value family law cases, including property settlements, parenting disputes, financial agreements, and divorce matters.

As a Family Lawyer, you’ll not only oversee your own caseload but also get mentored by a talented team of senior family lawyers. You’ll work closely with the firm’s leadership to drive the success of the practice, contributing to its growth, strategy, and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a complex caseload of family law matters, including high-net-worth property and parenting cases




- Provide strategic advice to clients and collaborate on innovative legal solutions
- Drive business growth and contribute to the firm’s strategic goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders

Key Requirements:

- 2-5+ years PAE in family law, with a proven track record of handling complex cases
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen and the ability to contribute to practice growth
- Ability to achieve billable targets (5-6.5)
- A genuine passion for family law and achieving excellent outcomes for clients
- Admission as a solicitor in Australia
