The Chance

Here’s a rare one: a Contract Administrator role where you’re in from the ground floor. You’ll join a mixed-use commercial development — think service station, childcare centre and retail while it’s still in detailed design, and see it through to site handover as construction kicks off in the next few months.

Starting office-based, you’ll gradually move on-site as the project progresses, giving you exposure across the full project lifecycle rather than jumping in mid-build.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Keeping the project on track against programme, budget and quality benchmarks




- Acting as the go-between for the project team, client reps and design consultants
- Preparing and managing subcontracts — scopes, variations, progress claims
- Running RFIs, procurement schedules and contract documentation through design
- Keeping cost control and budget tracking tight across the board
- Championing a strong safety culture on-site and in the office

What You’ll Bring

- Background as a Contract Administrator on commercial, retail or mixed-use projects
- Bonus points for fuel/service station or QSR retail experience (not essential)
- Confidence working across both design and construction phases
- Sharp communication and organisational instincts
- Ready to start within the next ~8 weeks
