For over 25 years, Wesley Out of School Hours Care has been creating spaces where children feel at home, families feel supported, and Educators feel valued. We provide high-quality before and after school care and vacation care for primary school-aged children, with 12 services across Sydney and the Central Coast. Our programs are shaped by the My Time, Our Place framework and guided by the voices of children, families, and schools. We are recruiting Casual and Part time Educators inourCentral CoastRegion.Each role is based at one of the following services:

Porters Creek:Licensed for 97 children andlocatedin a dedicated space within the school.

Wyong:Licensed for 60 children andlocatedin a dedicated space within the school.

Become a valued part of our OOSH team as an Educator, working across before school care, after school care, and vacation care programs while studying towards a Certificate 3 in Community Services. Successful applicants may be considered for roles at other Wesley Mission OOSH services, with flexibility toassistdifferent locationswhen required.

We’reseeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals with a passion for working with children and a commitment to study. Ideal candidates will love getting outdoors, staying active, and organising engaging, physical play.Success in this role requires, a genuine passion for working with children, and a dedication to fostering positive experiences. Youwillbring energy, enthusiasm,



and motivation to your work, along with a collaborative approach to engaging with families, colleagues, and stakeholders.

- current Employee Working with Children check or willingness to obtain
- ability to work as part of a team
- good communication and relational skills with children, staff and families
- experience in working with school age children
- experience in sport coaching
- demonstrated ability to be creative
- a working knowledge of the National Quality Framework and ‘My Time, Our Place’

Remuneration

Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the Children’s Services Award with generous salary packaging available. Other perks include discounted private health cover, study assistance and Employee Assistance Program.
