Tasks and Qualifications:

Your responsibilities:

- Manage leads effectively, tracking conversions and lost sales with regular reporting.
- Maintain a strong pipeline by generating and progressing new prospects weekly.
- Drive new business through proactive prospecting and cold calling.
- Present equipment features and value clearly to customers.
- Liaise with internal teams on customer service and finance matters.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.




- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Represent the business within relevant industry networks.
- Coordinate smooth equipment handovers with full customer induction.
- Support post-delivery follow-ups and maintenance opportunities.

Requirements for success:

- Formal qualifications in Sales or Marketing (preferred).
- Sales experience, ideally within capital equipment.
- Experience structuring and selling finance-based deals.
- Strong computer skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Professional personal presentation and high-quality presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Commercially astute, with the ability to develop market-driven strategies.
