Concierge Administration & Intake Officer

Be the first point of contact for clients, referrers and visitors, delivering intake, referral and administrative support that connects people to the right care.

DUTIES

- Process referrals and guide clients through intake documentation and procedures across NDIS, Allied Health, Chronic Disease and Primary Mental Health services
- Process billing, invoicing, Medicare claims and payment reconciliation in line with program requirements
- Manage incoming calls, enquiries and appointment bookings, ensuring accurate, timely triage and follow-up
- Accurately enter and maintain client information in the client management system
- Provide broader administrative support to the Concierge team, including correspondence, filing and diary management

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent relevant experience




- Sound experience providing high-level customer service and administrative support
- Experience with intake, initial service entry or engagement support
- Excellent communication, organisation and time-management skills with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with clinical/medical software, billing procedures and MS Office; comfortable learning current systems
- Vaccinations as required in line with Hunter Primary Care policies
- Current NSW Working with Children Check clearance
