We are seeking an experienced Master Data Analyst to oversee key data processes and improve the accuracy, reliability and usability of information across the business.
This is a hands-on role focused on improving the accuracy and management of business data. You will partner with teams across the organisation to enhance processes, support system improvements and ensure information can be relied upon across the business.

This position will provide ownership of master data processes across the business, ensuring information is accurate, structured and aligned with operational requirements. You will contribute to process improvements and support the successful adoption of new systems and technologies.

Key responsibilities
- Own the accuracy and ongoing maintenance of key business data within company systems
- Manage the creation, review and updating of product and operational information
- Partner with teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales and R&D; to ensure data supports business needs
- Analyse data issues and work with stakeholders to implement practical solutions
- Improve existing processes to increase efficiency, accuracy and reliability of information
- Assist with system improvements, upgrades and future ERP initiatives
- Support reporting requirements by ensuring underlying data is complete and reliable
- Develop and maintain documentation, procedures and data standards
- Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes and improve data management practices
About you
You’ll bring:
- Experience in a Master Data Analyst or similar data management role
- Strong ERP experience (SAP, EXO, Microsoft Business Central, Dynamics 365 or similar)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical ability and exceptional attention to detail
- Experience managing Bills of Materials (BOMs) and product master data
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple departments
- A proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset
Highly regarded:
- Experience supporting ERP implementations or system migrations
- Experience managing large volumes of business data within an ERP or operational workplace will be highly regarded.
