Dental Excel is seeking a confident, experienced, and highly organised Dental Receptionist to join our team 3-5 days per week at our Wurtulla practice.

This is a key role for someone who thrives in a busy environment, leads by example, and is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.

About the Role

- Manage the day-to-day operations of reception
- A confident and friendly phone manner, with the ability to engage with patients and support patient reactivation calls.
- Provide support to the front office and clinical team
- Be the first point of contact for our patients, providing a warm and skilled experience
- Coordinate appointments, billing, treatment plans and patient communication
- Ensure smooth daily workflow and contribute to practice growth

About You

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a dental reception or dental administrative role (essential)




- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support others
- Excellent communication, multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience with dental software (D4W or similar) preferred
- A team player with a positive, proactive approach
- Experience with HICAPS payment system preferred
- Must have full Australian working rights
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting highly regarded, but no essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
