As demand for our products continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated Production / Assembly Worker to join our team at our modern manufacturing facility located in the heart of the Gold Coast.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role within our production team, ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands and takes pride in producing high-quality products.
Full training will be provided, allowing you to develop skills across a variety of manufacturing and assembly processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assembly of radiators, heat exchangers, manifolds, and related components
- Mechanical assembly using hand and power tools
- Working with sheet metal and fabricated parts
- Fitting and fastening components to specification
- Material handling and movement of components throughout the workshop
- Following work instructions and quality standards
- Conducting quality checks and inspections during assembly
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
Assembly & Manufacturing Processes
Training will be provided in a range of production processes, including:
- Core and tank assembly
- Mechanical fitting and component installation
- Product testing and leak-testing procedures
- Assembly of custom cooling systems
- Quality control and inspection processes
- Safe operation of workshop equipment and tools
- Material preparation and handling procedures
About You

Highly Regarded
- Previous assembly or production experience
- Fabrication or sheet metal experience
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Manufacturing or engineering workshop experience
