Factory One is a leading signage company with a state-of-the-art in-house production facility. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a reliable Storeperson / Dispatch Coordinator to join our friendly, hard-working team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys staying organised, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

- Packing customer orders accurately
- Booking and coordinating freight with transport providers
- Loading, unloading, and managing stock
- Maintaining an organised and effective warehouse
- General Warehouse Duties
- Supporting the wider team as needed

About You

- Reliable, proactive, and willing to get stuck in
- Current Full NSW Driver’s License
- Strong team player with a positive attitude




- Previous experience in a similar role
- The ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to safely lift and move stock
