The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead cleaning service delivery atUniversity of Queensland St Lucia(Multiple Sites) .

This is a key leadership role with accountability for operational performance, client satisfaction, and team leadership across multiple University of Queensland sites. You will lead from the front, driving a high-performing culture while ensuring exceptional service outcomes. You will be responsible for running day to day cleaning services and scheduled periodical works.

Full-Time Salaried Position
Monday to Friday with some weekends and public holidays availability required.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead and manage site operations from planning to delivery, ensuring high-quality across all service functions
- Build and maintain solid, proactive client relationships
- Ensure outstanding service delivery and client satisfaction
- Drive team performance across supervisors, team leaders and cleaning staff
- Oversee workforce planning, rosters, and labour optimisation
- Ensure compliance with WHS, company policies, and site requirements




- Monitor performance against KPIs and implement continuous improvements
- Manage budgets, reporting, and operational outcomes
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of your team

You Should Have

- Experience in a site leadership or similar operational leadership role
- Strong communication, client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams
- Experience managing large or complex environments
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Solid understanding of WHS and compliance obligations
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Current Police Check
