Due to business expansion, we are seeking a Business Development Center (BDC) Consultant- NSW to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls, online inquiries, and showroom leads with urgency and professionalism.
- Conduct outbound follow-ups for sales leads, service reminders, and customer retention campaigns.
- Schedule test drives,



service appointments, and consultations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Support Sales Consultants and Service Advisors with qualified leads and smooth customer handovers.
- Meet daily and weekly activity targets for calls, appointments, and conversions.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience in customer service, call centre, or sales support roles.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask across phone, email, and CRM platforms.
- Automotive knowledge preferred.
- Results-driven with the ability to meet activity and conversion targets.
