Isles Lane is on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Venue Manager to lead our inner-city restaurant and bar. Located in the heart of Brisbane CBD, Isles Lane is a vibrant destination with a 20 year history of being known for great food, quality drinks, and a buzzing atmosphere.

We’re looking for someone with a strong back ground in food to bring energy, leadership, and a strong operational mindset to drive the venue forward. Isles Lane is unlike any other restaurant, as its city corporate clientele have made it their local, where everyone who visits is instantly one of us and on the journey with our team.

With renovation plans securely in place for the new year, Isles Lane is looking for a passionate hospitality qualified to be apart of the venues next transformation, being a part of the venues design and set up from the get-go.

About the Role

As the Restaurant Venue Manager, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while leading and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant and bar
- Lead, train, and inspire a diverse front-of-house team




- Deliver outstanding customer service and guest experiences, noting we have a large regular client base.
- Manage rostering, labour costs, and wage budgets
- Drive sales, profitability, and KPI performance
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and compliance
- Work closely with senior management on strategy and growth

About You

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Venue Manager
- Passion for real hospitality, food, and beverage culture
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
- Commercial mindset with a focus on driving revenue
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- RMLV highly regarded
