The Role:
Working in a task-based support role,
you will assist multiple Property Managers with the day-to-day management of residential portfolios.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Coordinating maintenance requests and following up outstanding works
- Processing tenancy applications and preparing lease documentation
- Assisting with lease renewals and rent reviews
- Preparing tenancy notices and tenancy-related documentation
- Scheduling inspections and managing inspection administration
- Coordinating keys, contractor access, and compliance requirements
- Managing tenant enquiries via phone and email
- Maintaining accurate records and notes within PropertyMe
- Assisting with arrears management and administration
- Providing general administrative support to the Property Management team
About You:
- Previous experience in an Assistant Property Manager or Property Management position
- Current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Robust communication and customer service skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Experience using PropertyMe will be highly regarded
