We are partnering with a leading Queensland Government statutory authority to recruit an experienced Change Analyst. In this role, you will support portfolio change by coordinating activities, analysing impacts, and turning information into clear insights that help change land smoothly for our people.

Key responsibilities:

Coordinate change activities across programs and projects, maintaining portfolio-level change tracking tools and artefacts.

Capture change impacts, maintain accurate impact assessments, and identify overlapping changes and their potential effects on teams.

Maintain precise details on change initiatives, including timing, impacts, and dependencies.

Work alongside communication and change team members to present a consistent, joined-up view of change in reporting materials.

Support the consistent use of templates, tools, and approaches across all change initiatives.

Gather information from delivery teams to help track and communicate project benefits.





What we’re looking for?

Background in a support role such as change support, project coordination, business analysis, or a similar setting working across multiple initiatives.

Experience in utilities, infrastructure, or operational sectors is highly regarded, alongside exposure to change, project, or portfolio environments.

Strong organizational, coordination, and data management skills with an exceptional eye for detail.

Ability to gather, structure, and present information clearly, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

A basic understanding of change management concepts (impact, stakeholder, or readiness activities) and experience with tracking, reporting, data visualization, or coordination tools.

Ability to attend sites when required.
