- Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 per annum plus superannuation

About the role

The Office Manager ensures the efficient and smooth daily operation of the AUSF Group Pty Ltd office. This role provides comprehensive administrative support across the business. The Office Manager acts as the central point of contact for facilities, human resources support, financial administration, and general team assistance.

The successful candidate will drive a positive workplace culture and maintain high standards of operational compliance. Duties and Responsibilities

- Oversee reception duties, greet visitors, and manage incoming calls.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, couriers, and packages.
- Monitor and order office supplies, kitchen consumables, and stationery.
- Identify and implement improvements to administrative systems and workflows.
- Draft and distribute internal office communications and updates.




- Liaise with building management, cleaners, IT support, and maintenance contractors.
- Coordinate the servicing and repair of office equipment and appliances.
- Coordinate inductions for new employees.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and HR databases.
- Assist with tracking employee leave and attendance records.
- Organize team-building activities, staff milestones, and corporate events.
- Act as the primary WHS representative for the office.
- Identify, report, and mitigate workplace hazards.
- Ensure staff compliance with general office policies and procedures.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the executive team as required.

- Solid ability to build positive relationships with staff, management, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications needed:

- Minimum Diploma level or equivalent relevant work experience
- Minimum one year of work experience on relevant position
