The Grifter Brewing Co (TGBC) is on the hunt for a Graphic Designer to join our Marrickville brewery and keep our brand looking sharp across everything from posters, tap talkers to cans. The role

Your priority will be to create and develop original, visual concepts by hand or digitally to engage with our customers and wider audience, while helping to amplify our brand and strengthen our position in the beer and hospitality industry.

Working closely with our Director of Sales & Marketing, you'll be responsible for a steady suite of assets - posters, tap talkers, product packaging, social tiles, point of sale signage and prints. We've got a strong, well-loved brand and a deep library of existing artwork - your job is to work within it, keep it consistent and elevate it further.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role and your impact will be seen across our Marrickville brewery, tasting bar and our wholesale partners. Being organised and completing deadlines is a huge part of the role.

What you'll do

- Produce a high volume of on-brand print and digital assets: posters, tap talkers, social content, POS signage, cans and packaging
- Adapt and finesse existing artwork and templates to brief
- Format content for social (Reels / Stories) with basic motion where needed
- Manage and catalogue files on our shared drive
- Prioritise a busy queue across the whole business
- Partner with the sales & marketing team to keep messaging consistent and deliver on time

What's required

- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
- 4+ years experience (academic and qualified)



with design software, including gun skills in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects/Premiere Pro
- A tidy portfolio showing strong layout and brand work
- Experience with Notion (or similar) and print / pre-press basics (bleed, CMYK, die-lines)
- Ruthless organisation and time management
- A keen eye for detail and genuine care for the brand consistency
- Great communication skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team
- Full Australian working rights and a current driver's licence

What's preferred

- Illustration skills
- Food & beverage / FMCG experience (packaging, labels, point of sale materials)
- Full time availability- if you would prefer Part Time, please make note of this in your application
