We deliver exceptional electrical, solar, battery, air conditioning and maintenance services across residential, commercial and modular home projects. About the Role
This is a diverse, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll work across a variety of projects including:
- Residential electrical installations, renovations and modular home builds
- Commercial electrical projects
- Solar and battery installations
- Air conditioning installations
- Real estate and maintenance work
- Fault finding, repairs and preventative maintenance
- Switchboard upgrades and electrical testing
Reporting directly to our Lead electrician/Director Matt, you'll work independently and alongside our experienced team where you'll receive ongoing support, guidance and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality electrical work across a range of projects
- Read and interpret electrical plans, wiring diagrams and technical drawings
- Carry out electrical testing and safety inspections
- Ensure all work is compliant with WH&S; and contribute to a safe work culture
- Maintain accurate job notes, documentation and workflows using Simpro
- Liaise professionally with clients, suppliers and other trades
- Provide outstanding customer service on every job
- Assist in mentoring apprentices and supporting other team members where required
- A clean, organised and safety-focused work workplace
What We're Looking For
- Current Queensland Electrical Licence
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a qualified electrician
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience across residential and commercial electrical work
- Solar and battery experience is highly regarded (but not essential)
- Air conditioning licence or experience is an advantage (but not essential)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong work ethic with pride in quality workmanship
- Current Australian driver licence and reliable car suited to the job

- Must have own tools
- Current safety cert
- Ability to work independently and within a team
