As a Maintenance Electrician, you will play a key role in supporting our business by maintaining and improving electrical safety, plant reliability, minimising downtime, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Preventative and reactive maintenance of electrical equipment
- Fault finding and diagnosis of electrical and control systemsli>
- Maintenance of power, lighting, switchboards and other equipment
- Breakdown response and repair work
- Installation and commissioning of new equipment as required
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and plant reliability
- Completing maintenance documentation and reports




- Working safely in accordance with company and client procedures

To be considered for this role, you will be able to meet the following essential selection criteria

- Electrical trade qualification and current NSW Electrical Licence
- Current NSW Driver Licence
- Current WHS White Card
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and control drawings
- Sound knowledge of AS/NZS 3000 and safe work practices
- Experience working within industrial manufacturing environments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel to our sites around the country when required
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Positive attitude and willingness to mentor apprentices and junior tradespeople

The following qualifications and experience are not essential but will be highly regarded

- Cert IV in Electrotechnology or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- PLC programming and troubleshooting experience
- Industrial automation or robotics experience
- Elevated Work Platform (EWP) Licence
- Confined Space Entry
- Working at Heights
- Emergency First Aid / CPR
- Low Voltage Rescue and CPR
- Cert 1 & 2 in Thermography

This is a full time permanent position within our Maintenance team. To be successful in this role, you must be self-motivated, safety-focused and committed to delivering high-quality maintenance outcomes. You will enjoy troubleshooting complex problems, working with a variety of equipment.

As part of the selection process, applicants must be prepared to undergo a pre-employment medical examination, including functional, audiometric and drug and alcohol testing.

Salary will be negotiated based on experience and qualifications.
