About the Role

We're looking for an energetic, people-focused Talent Acquisition Officer to join our growing People & Culture team. This is far more than a recruitment role. You'll own the journey from attraction through onboarding and beyond, helping every new team member feel connected, supported and excited to be part of Moco.

Partnering with leaders across Warehouse, Transport, Meat Production, Sales, Customer Experience, Procurement, Finance, Marketing, IT and Corporate Services, you'll help attract exceptional talent while contributing to employee engagement, recognition, internal communications and culture initiatives that make Moco a place people are proud to work.

Skills, Experience & Attributes

- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Human Resources.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interviewing capability.
- High attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
- Confidence using recruitment systems and technology.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work at pace.
- Experience supporting onboarding or employee experience initiatives is highly regarded.
- Experience within warehousing, logistics, manufacturing or food service is advantageous, but not essential.
- Work within Moco’s brand new, state-of-the-art facility in Wacol, with plenty of on-site parking available
