Job Type: Contractor Position - 3 days a week
Salary: $95ph-$120ph + super + travel reimbursement
About the Company
Our client is seeking aContract Behaviour Support Practitioner to join their growing team. You would be focused on a child and adolescent caseload, delivering trauma-informed practices. Key responsibilities include:
- Writing Comprehensive and Interim reports
- Completing functional behaviour assessments
- Working with restrictive practices and creating fade out plans where appropriate
- Creating resources
- Working with a multidisciplinary team
- Setting goals and creating strategies to reach clients targets
- Data collection and analysis
What We're Looking For
- NDIS Endorsement - Core, Proficient, Advanced or Specialist
- Be confident providing direction around the use of restrictive practices and understanding the Commissions expectations
- Experience/Interest in working with children & adolescents, who have complex needs and at times are high risk participants
- Full Working Rights in Australia
- Own vehicle and clean driving licence
