Hyatt Hotels in Brisbane seeks a Food & Beverage Duty Manager to lead daily operations across Lennons Restaurant, In-Room Dining and private boardrooms, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to Hyatt standards.
Reporting to the Restaurants Manager, you will supervise outlets, oversee payroll costs, train teams, manage stock and ensure service excellence across dinner, nights and weekends.
