We are seeking a dedicated and skilled EducationalLeader - someone who doesn’t just oversee programming, but actively coaches,inspires, and models excellence across multiple vibrant services.
This role is ideal for a confident, reflective leader whowants real influence, autonomy, and the support to make a visible difference tochildren, families, and educators.
We are seeking someone who is looking to work three days a week in this position, but are open to Educators who would like to perform a hybrid role (Educational Leader/Educator at a different site)
About the Role
As one of our Educational Leaders, you will play a key rolein guiding quality practice across our services, working closely with asupportive and collaborative management team to:
- Set aclear, inspiring vision for teaching and learning
- Driveexcellence aligned with the EYLF, NQS, and contemporary research
- SupportEducators to develop and implement Inclusion Support Plans
- Coachand mentor educators to grow confidence, consistency, and depth in boththeir practice and programming
- Strengthenreflective practice, documentation, and assessment cycles
- Leadcurriculum innovation that is child centred, inclusive, and meaningful
- Workwith leaders to ensure services meet or exceed National Quality Standardrequirements
This is not a desk based leadership role - it’s hands on (notin ratio), relational, and practice focused.

You are likely already known as the go to person forcurriculum, compliance, and reflective conversations.
- Diplomain Early Childhood Education (or equivalent), or Bachelor of EarlyChildhood Education
- Minimum2 years of experience in a senior/leadership educational role
- Demonstratedexperience mentoring or leading educators (formally or informally)
- Strongworking knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and assessment and rating processes
- CurrentWorking With Children Check and First Aid qualifications
- Previousexperience supporting trainees and/or working with Apprentice Connect Providers,Registered Training Organisations, and other training stakeholders
- Previousexperience working with children with disabilities and/or behaviouralissues
- Astrong understanding of the National Quality Standards and Self Assessmentprocess
