Logistics Coordinator
Work with one of Australia's Leading Isuzu Ute Dealerships
Our People. Our Culture. Your Career.
Are you the person who organises the family holiday, coordinates the group dinner, and somehow keeps everything running smoothly without breaking a sweat?
Do you love ticking things off a list, solving problems, and keeping multiple moving parts on track?
If you're looking for an administration role that's anything but boring, this could be just the opportunity you've been waiting for.
What You'll Be Doing
Every current vehicle sold has a journey before it reaches its new owner, and you'll be right at the centre of it.
Working from our Eagle Farm dealership, you'll coordinate suppliers, internal departments and vehicle preparation teams to ensure every vehicle is delivered on time and to the high standards our customers expect.
Think of it as a mix of administration, logistics, project coordination and customer delivery support all rolled into one.
No two days are the same. One minute you'll be organising accessory installations, the next you'll be coordinating suppliers, tracking vehicle progress, or working with multiple departments to keep everything moving.
If you enjoy being organised, proactive and making things happen, you'll love this role.

Experience in administration, logistics, coordination or customer service is helpful, but we can teach the rest.
You’ll stand out if you have:
- Great communication skills

- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- The ability to work independently and take initiative
