About the Role

This is a customer-focused position where you'll work across both our retail and pawnbroking operations.

Every day you'll be meeting new people,



assessing second-hand goods, negotiating purchases and loans, assisting customers with retail sales, and helping deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service in-store and online
- Assess and value second-hand goods
- Negotiate purchases and pawnbroking loans
- Assist customers with retail sales and product enquiries
- Clean, price, tag and merchandise stock
- Maintain accurate records and complete data entry
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve daily goals
- Follow company procedures and compliance requirements

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

- Passionate about customer service
- A confident communicator and negotiator
- Reliable, honest and professional
- Energetic with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to think on their feet and solve problems
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- A team player who enjoys working towards shared goals

Experience or knowledge of electronics, mobile phones, computers, gaming, tools, jewellery or other second-hand goods will be highly regarded but is not essential.

Previous experience in pawnbroking or second-hand buying is not required. We provide comprehensive training and welcome applicants from retail, hospitality, sales, customer service and other customer-facing industries.

- Be available to work weekends, as we trade seven days a week
- Be reliable and committed to delivering outstanding customer service
- Be willing to learn and develop current skills
- Have the right to work in Australia
