Join Our Expanding Residential Property Management Team!

We are a dynamic and expanding Real Estate office eager to enhance our Residential Property Management team. Combining three offices in the Illawarra, we seek passionate and motivated individuals to join us in a supportive and friendly work environment.

The Role:

- Manage a small portfolio while mentoring the current Property Management Team
- Collaborate closely with the Property Management and Sales teams to nurture our clients and grow the business.
- Coordinate property inspections and manage a healthy database.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry professionals, and local businesses.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by providing exceptional service throughout the transaction process.
- Provide daily operational support to the Property Management team

The Person:

- Real Estate License




- Previous experience as a Senior Property Manager
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
- Well-presented and possess a valid driver's license
