Tradewind seeks an Operations Manager for Child Protection, a senior role within the Community Services Division. The successful candidate will lead reform initiatives to enhance staff capability, provide training, and strengthen models of care across programs.

You will develop theories of change, implement client feedback frameworks, and lead cross-unit improvements, including data analysis and project management, to ensure holistic client care. Permanent full time position in Australia.
