Pixelz360 is a Brisbane-based digital agency on a serious growth run, and we're not a typical agency. We run a diverse range of services under one roof, and we build our own software too. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to grow with us. You don't need to know everything walking in. We'll train you properly, from day one. What we're really looking for is someone curious, creative and keen to learn, with a solid understanding of digital marketing and maybe some hands-on experience to build from.

Must be Brisbane-based.

About the Role

- Coordinating campaigns and client work across a wide mix of services, so no two days feel the same

- Building your confidence on client calls, with the team right beside you until you find your feet

- Learning something new almost every week. New platforms, new tools, new ways of thinking. We'll guide you through all of it

- Getting trained in how to use AI properly. We call it Hybrid Intelligence, and it's a skill set most marketers won't have for years

- Working with our own proprietary systems that quietly do the heavy lifting for you. Give it a few weeks and you'll wonder how anyone works without them





- Backed by a team of 70+ specialists across our Brisbane office and international delivery team, so there's always someone to learn from and never a problem you face alone

About You

- You have a good understanding of digital marketing, and some hands-on experience is a bonus, though not essential

- You're a fast learner who enjoys picking up new skills and tools

- You're comfortable chatting on the phone, or keen to get there. We'll help you build that confidence

- You have an eye for creativity or a knack for problem-solving. Either one takes you far here

- You're organised and can keep a few things moving at once

- Prior knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, or SEO is a Plus

- You're curious about AI and excited to learn how to use it well

- Must be Brisbane based
