We’re working with a growing organisation in the construction sector seeking an HR Advisor to join their People & Culture team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with an experienced leader, gain exposure across the full employee lifecycle, and make a real impact.

About the role

- Partnering with managers to provide practical HR advice
- Supporting employee relations matters, including performance and conduct
- Managing end‑to‑end recruitment
- Coordinating onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes
- Assisting with award interpretation and compliance
- Contributing to HR projects, systems, and process improvements





Skills and Experience

- 3+ years’ experience in a generalist HR role
- Strong exposure to employee relations + recruitment
- Knowledge of Australian employment legislation & awards
- Confident communicator who can build relationships at all levels
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable in a rapid‑paced environment
