Project Engineer | Large-Scale Apartment Development | $160,000 - $190,000 (Dep. on Exp.)

Our client is a well-established and highly regarded commercial construction company based in Brisbane, known for delivering complex, high-end builds across the commercial, retail, health, and residential sectors. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join the delivery team on a major residential development in the Moreton Bay region.

THE PROJECT

A substantial residential apartment development valued at approximately $60 million, comprising 104 apartments across seven levels. This is a genuine prospect to work on a large-scale, technically engaging build within a growing and diverse project pipeline.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support delivery of the project in line with the construction programme, budget, and quality standards
- Support the Site Manager and Project Manager with day-to-day technical and engineering coordination
- Review and interpret drawings and specifications, raising design and engineering queries as required
- Coordinate structural, civil, and services elements across a multi-level apartment build




- Coordinate and support subcontractors and trades on site
- Assist with programming, procurement, and quality assurance processes across the project lifecycle
- Uphold a strong safety culture in line with WHS legislation and best practice
- Liaise closely with the project team, client representatives, and design consultants

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

- Proven experience as a Project Engineer on multi-level residential or apartment developments
- Robust technical and drawing interpretation skills
- Relevant tertiary qualification in construction management, civil or structural engineering (or equivalent industry experience)
- Strong communicator, comfortable working closely with site management and design consultants
- Availability to commence on a project of this scale in the near term
