About the Role

We're after an enthusiastic Bartender who can turn their hand to all areas of front‑of‑house club operations. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who takes pride in service standards, works well in a team, and is comfortable juggling a variety of duties across a busy shift.

Day‑to‑day you'll be:

- Operating TAB and Keno terminals for members and guests
- Pouring beers, wines, and preparing a range of beverages to a high standard
- Stocking and rotating fridges, and packing away stock deliveries
- Assisting members with gaming machines, including basic troubleshooting and payouts
- Maintaining our club's cleaning and presentation standards across the bar and gaming areas




- Potentially driving our courtesy bus to pick up and drop off members (if you hold the appropriate licence)
- General bar duties including cash handling, glass collection, and opening/closing procedures

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in a bar, club, or hospitality environment (essential)
- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate
- RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling) certificate
- ARCG (Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling) Certificate, or willingness to obtain.
- A current driver's licence (light rigid or bus licence highly regarded, but not essential)
- A friendly, approachable manner and genuine passion for customer service
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
- Flexibility to work a roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- A team player who takes initiative and pitches in wherever needed
