You will be a highly strategic, driven, passionate and be able to work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday.Previous experience in a position within the automotive industry/car audio/accessory fitmentwill be highly regarded.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answering phone calls, take bookings
- Providing friendly and qualified customer service.
- Responding to queries and seeking solutions for clients
- Entering data and information into our electronics bookings system
- Scheduling team members for onsite installation and repair work
- Coordinating and confirming completion of jobs with technicians
- Liaise with your administration team to validate invoicing and monthly reports
- Stock control, ordering and stock take




- Undertake OH &S; related duties in line with providing a safe work environment

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST:

- Resolve complaints and maintain customer satisfaction
- Deliver on agreed timeframes
- Exceptional organisation and communication skills
- Have what it takes to work in a fast based environment,
- Be Flexible and maintain a positive attitude as you will be interrupted during your workday with questions and issues requiring immediate action
- Technical knowledge of electronics range of products
- Demonstrate a high level of initiative & integrity
