About the Role

Every day is different. You'll become an integral part of our small, high-performing team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the Principal Agent throughout the entire sales process & handling the work phone (shared)

- Assisting with open homes and private inspections

- Attending appraisals, listing presentations, valuations, photography appointments and building & pest inspections

- Coordinating marketing campaigns from "Coming Soon" through to launch

- Writing engaging "Coming Soon" campaigns and online property descriptions

- Preparing all the open home signs and packs for the weekend.





- Following up buyers and sellers while delivering exceptional customer service

- Liaising with clients, solicitors, photographers, trades and contractors

- Delivering printed marketing material throughout our key service areas

For those wanting to maximise their income, there is also the optional opportunity to undertake prospecting and door knocking, with additional performance bonuses available.

About You

To be successful, you'll have:

- A current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate or Full Licence (or have completed your course and be awaiting your licence)

- A current driver's licence

- Excellent communication and people skills

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Confidence using computers and technology

- A positive attitude, robust work ethic and willingness to learn

- Previous real estate experience is preferred but not essential

Most importantly, you're someone who genuinely cares about people, takes pride in your work and enjoys being part of a fun, supportive and high-performing team.

Hours

The role generally consists of:

- Four weekdays: 8:30am – 5:30pm

- Saturdays: 9:00am – 3:00pm

- One rostered weekday off each week

Some Saturdays may finish earlier depending on inspections and appointments and occasionally later.

If you can't work every Saturday, please let us know in your application, as some flexibility may be available within our team.

Essential Requirement

Applicants must hold a Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate, have completed the course and be awaiting registration, or be willing to complete the course before commencing employment (the course can typically be completed within 1–2 weeks).
