About the Role

This is a full time position suited to someone with strong organisational skills, excellent customer service and experience sourcing and interpreting marine or automotive parts. The role also involves assisting customers with service enquiries and supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy workshop.

Key Responsibilities

- Interpreting and sourcing marine parts and accessories
- Assisting customers with service enquiries and bookings




- Providing excellent customer service and communication
- Liaising with suppliers, customers and workshop technicians
- Processing parts orders, invoices and job cards
- Managing stock control and inventory
- Coordinating workshop parts requirements
- Receiving and checking deliveries
- Maintaining accurate records and systems

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter and/or Service Adviser preferred
- Marine industry experience highly regarded
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good computer and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
