Mermaid Beach Surf Club is launching a brand-recent beachfront café on Hedges Avenue and seeks skilled Baristas and hospitality professionals to join from day one. We value passion for coffee, teamwork, and delivering memorable customer experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of barista experience, RSA & RSG certificates, and a strong understanding of coffee crafting, presentation, and customer interaction. Join a vibrant, beachfront destination.
