About the role:
We are seeking ambitious Junior Engineers to join our Electrical Engineering division. You will thrive working as part of an experienced, professional and motivated team. We are looking for a passionate electrical engineer with good analysis skills, communication skills, and an enthusiasm to learn.

You will work under the mentorship of senior engineers and Directors. You will be required to assist with challenging projects from their inception to completion and to foster and maintain a strong relationship with team-members. Your progression to running your own projects and moving to an intermediate/senior role will depend solely on your ability to learn and develop. We pride ourselves on our learning and development culture, and will provide the opportunity to gain expertise in all aspects of electrical design.

Duties and Responsibilities

Carrying out assigned Electrical Engineering activities within the team from project start-up to project close-out

Ensuring work is completed to a high standard, consistency of work quality and that all work is carried out in accordance with applicable codes and standards, procedures and the basis of design.

Managing assigned work to meet project needs and proactively working with other team members to ensure that project goals are met





Attend client meetings/site inspections accompanied by senior engineers

Skills and Qualifications:

Degree qualified engineer (must be recognised by Engineers Australia)

1-2 years experience
