Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, productive, and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker/Packer to join our team. This hands-on role is critical to ensuring accurate and timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

Order Picking and Packing

Accurately and efficiently pick products according to order specifications.

Confirm SKU numbers, quantities, and product details against orders.

Carefully pack orders using appropriate materials to prevent damage where required.

Label packages accurately with shipping information and handling instructions.

Consistently meet daily speed and accuracy targets along with team KPIs.

Inventory Management

Restock picking areas to ensure smooth order flow.

Unloading containers when they arrive in a safe manner.

Assist with regular stock takes and report any discrepancies.

Quality Control

Inspect products for damage or defects before packing.

Ensure all packed orders meet QIS Packaging’s quality standards.





Work closely and positively with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Help maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse

Must have a can-do attitude and be able to adapt to change easily

Live by our family values of empathy, safety, respecting each other and collaboration

Achieve daily productivity and accuracy goals as outlined in performance scorecards.

Follow company policies, safety procedures, and warehouse guidelines at all times.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

Prior hands-on experience in a warehouse, distribution, or e-commerce environment is preferred (not essential).

Familiarity with inventory systems

Must be highly organised and able to focus in fast paced environments

Skills & Attributes

Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting standards.

Efficient work style with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to learn and take on new skills and responsibilities.

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative mindset.

Physical Requirements

Able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.

Capable of lifting and carrying items up to 25kg.
