Culture & Tech Coordinator (Real Estate) | Up to $95k package
Our client is a highly regarded and established real estate business with a strong presence on the Gold Coast. Known for its people-first culture, innovative approach and commitment to exceptional service, the business is seeking a tech-savvy real estate administrator to join its high-performing team.
This newly created position combines technology, systems, administration and employee engagement could suits someone from a sales support or operations background. You will become the office champion for its business platforms, helping team members embrace technology, improve processes and get the most out of the systems available to them.
You will also help coordinate internal communications, team events and initiatives that contribute to a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
The Role
Working closely with the Director and supporting both the sales and property management teams, your responsibilities will include:
- Championing the effective use of the business’s technology platforms
- Supporting staff with systems, software and day-to-day technology enquiries
- Identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
- Coordinating the rollout and adoption of new technology initiatives
- Onboarding new employees into office systems and processes
- Developing procedures, training materials and user guides
- Delivering technology training and ongoing staff support
- Maintaining accurate client, property and database records
- Assisting with sales and property management administration when required
- Coordinating internal communications, staff recognition and team events
- Supporting office marketing, presentations and digital communications
- Liaising with software providers and internal support teams
About You
To be successful, you will ideally have:
- Previous real estate administration experience
- A solid understanding of residential real estate operations
- Excellent computer literacy and confidence learning new platforms
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Previous experience as an operations manager or sales administrator would be ideal
- Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- The ability to train and support team members patiently and confidently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced office
- A current Queensland driver licence
Experience with Vault, NurtureCloud, Microsoft 365, Canva, CRM platforms or real estate database systems will be highly regarded.
