Winc is seeking a Salesforce Product Owner to drive strategy, delivery and governance across CX and Sales. This hands-on role requires deep Salesforce expertise and the ability to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Reporting to the Head of CX Operations, you will own the Salesforce roadmap, manage the backlog, and collaborate with CX, Sales, and IT to deliver enhancements that increase productivity, reduce cost-to-serve, and improve the customer experience.
