About the role

We are looking for passionate consultants to help us grow our reputation in the marketplace by delivering high-quality consulting services to our clients.

We value strong core engineering and architecture principles applicable across multiple clouds. If you are keen to cross-skill from your primary cloud into others, we’ll provide learning pathways, time, and team support to make that transition seamless.

In this role, you will develop and grow trusted relationships with clients that complement our commercial and strategic partnerships, while mentoring other team members. You will also contribute to the development of our core platform and patterns to meet current and future client requirements.

Provide consulting services that combine architectural vision with hands‑on technical experience using some of the latest cloud technologies and methods

Design, develop, build and operate sophisticated, highly automated, and secure hybrid infrastructure that adheres to industry compliance standards

Use software development, Software Configuration Management (SCM), DevOps and Continuous Integration (CI/CD) methods to build,



configure and manage infrastructure

Define and drive recent architectures based on the applicable regulatory compliance standards, working with multiple stakeholders to gain endorsement

Perform troubleshooting, analysis, and issue resolution to ensure successful project outcomes

Liaise with project teams, clients, vendors and stakeholders across multiple communication channels to manage project delivery

Establish and maintain relationships with clients as a trusted source of professional advice on solution options

Identify and complete tasks with minimal supervision while providing oversight, guidance, and mentorship to consultants at all levels

Use professional judgement while treating colleagues and clients with respect and compassion, and a demonstrated ability to display our Mantel principles

What you’ll need to be successful:

Strong, hands‑on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with an appetite to learn others

Solid understanding of automation tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep

Experience building and managing deployment pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) and containerisation technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

A strong foundation in networking, security fundamentals, and hybrid infrastructure patterns

Good written, verbal, and presentation skills, with a proven track record of strong stakeholder management

Specialist knowledge of several industries or segments, coupled with sharp analytical skills

Ability to identify trends within your practice relating to products and services, and communicate them effectively to the wider team

A proactive, can‑do attitude with a passion for collaboration

Maintain a willingness to continually upskill, learn new technologies, and obtain new certifications
